Felted Goat Milk Soap

INFORMATION: Felted soap is a handmade soap wrapped in wool fiber, making it a soap and washcloth in one. The thin wool coating makes the soap last longer and is easier to handle than regular soap. In forms of exfoliation, it would replace a loofah, bath pouf, or washcloth because wool exfoliates quite gently.

Wool is antimicrobial and antibacterial, so using a felted soap bar is risk-free. The thin waxy coating of wool fiber contains fatty acids that inhibit the growth of mold, mildew, and bacteria.

Soap lasts longer—The wool acts as a wicking agent, soaking in the soap's lather and making it last longer. The felt shrinks along with the soap as you use it.

Cut a slit in the top and add a fresh bar of soap.

Use it as a washcloth in the shower.

Repurpose it as a scrubbing sponge for cleaning sinks, countertops, etc.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Soak your felted soap in hot water overnight until it is malleable.
• Once soaked, the soap will easily permeate through the wool and continue to lather. For longevity, squeeze out your felted soap after each use.
• Move the bar between your hands to build up a lather, scrub yourself down, and rinse! Repeat because you deserve it.
• When not in use, keep the soap out of water and allow it to dry completely. Your soap will last much longer!

Each handmade felted soap is lovingly handcrafted and hand-cut, so each bar will have slight variations. The weight listed below is the minimum weight of the soap you will receive. It may be more, but it won't be less. Not all bars have felted designs on them.
